After 12 years I had enough

When I fell into a job in NHS, I thought I was sorted. I had a career for life, with a clear progression path and a pension plan.

After the honeymoon period I started to struggle. I knew I was good at my job and could deliver results, but I felt unsupported, unheard and isolated.

The pressure coming from different directions with conflicting demands became just too much and after twelve years, it made me leave the NHS.

Have you ever stayed late in the office? Felt like you’re not being heard in a meeting? I certainly did. I used to get so frustrated because my boundaries were being crossed constantly and I didn’t know how to protect them. Truth be told I often didn’t even know how to set them.

I used to wake up and every morning ask myself if this was really it? Was this the life I would have until I retire?

I value the people I met there and the experiences I’ve had along the way, I wish I’d known then what I know now. I wish I’d known how to set boundaries to make the impact I wanted to make without burning out. If I had – it would have made my life so much easier and more fruitful.

My unique professional experience together with my coaching skills inspired me to create the 12-week coaching programme designed specifically for women working in the NHS. It will help you harness your natural strengths and give you tools to make your life in the NHS easier and more fulfilling. Side effects include improvements in other areas of your life;)

I’m excited to offer you the opportunity to be amongst the first few women who will get to experience those tools for themselves. As I will be asking for testimonials, referrals and feedback throughout the programme I am offering it at a discounted rate.

I truly hope we can work together on discovering the next evolution of you. If what I shared today resonates with you and you’d like to take advantage of this offer – just get in touch and we’ll agree the details. Please note there are only 6 slots available in this programme.

So looking forward to hearing from you. And please feel free to share with women in your life.

Lots of love
