Broccoli, savoy cabbage and tahini

I’m going to be honest about this one – it was operation fridge clean out. I made some juice this morning and had leftover savoy cabbage and broccoli that didn’t make it into the juicer. So I decided to eat them raw, because as great as juicing is, eating food in different forms is crucial for maximum nutrition.

So here we are having raw (yes!) savoy cabbage and broccoli, sweetened with raisins and dressed in a creamy tahini dressing. Hello deliciousness!
