Last week you read an apology letter to my Body, and today I wanted to take it a step further and share a little bit more of my story with dieting and body image.
In this video I’ve shared what I was led to believe at a very early age, habits I developed and what I did to overcome them. I realised that what I was craving was not food, but something completely different.
I shared that after years and years of dieting I finally realised that this was not for me. It was not the way for me to get the results I wanted. Instead I had to dive much deeper.
