Recipe for healthy hair

Healthy starts way before you hit the hair salon and have a hair cut. It starts with what you put on your plate. Did you know that each strand of hair is made up of cells that contain the keratin protein?? And it needs feeding.

What food should you include in your daily menu to nourish your hair from inside out? I have good news for you – there is no need for fancy powders or superfoods. Everything on this list is what most of us would routinely have in the fridge or the pantry.

7 foods to nourish your hair inside out:

  1. Eggs
  2. Dark leafy greens
  3. Cirtus
  4. Nuts and seeds => Omega 3 fatty Acids
  5. Whole grains
  6. Carrots
  7. avocado
