Carrot tops pesto

Instructions
  1. Remove the carrot tops from the stalks
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender (or food processor) and blend together until smooth (or your desired consistency).
  3. You may need to add a little more oil. I also add couple of spoons of water if needed, to loosen it up a little.
  4. Adjust seasoning and enjoy as you would any other pesto.
