What to do when your “to do list” is longer than your arm, and you really don’t feel like doing any work? Oh, and by the way you also have a slight craving for something sweet, but you don’t really even like sweets?
This is what you do – chocolate truffles, of course:) Don’t be put off by the fact that they are raw and healthy, they are very yummy and guilt free. Do give them a try and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
- 3 tbs almond butter heaped (or any other nut butter)
- 2 tbs hempseeds
- 2 tbs coco powder plus extra for dusting
- 2 tbs melted coconut oil
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
- 1-2 tbs agave or maple syrup
- 1 pinch ground cinammon
Servings: balls
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Shape the mixture in small balls and toss in coco powder
- Put the chocolate balls on a plate and let them sit in the freezer (or fridge) for at least 30 minutes (you can totally eat them frozen).
- If you can resist and have any left, store them in the fridge or freezer
