Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C
  2. In a bawl mash together beans, carrots and lentils. You can use food processor but I find that potato masher does the job just fine, and I like the mixture to have some texture as well
  3. Add millet, spices, mix well and taste so that you can adjust seasoning.
  4. Form burgers and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through, until golden.
  6. Enjoy with a big salad, or a burger bun. Makes perfect lunch box filler as well. Freezer friendly
