With the Halloween long gone, Thanksgiving on Thursday this week, and Christmas decorations exploding everywhere, I can’t help but wonder about the Festive period.
I know many of you embarked on healthy eating and might be worried about staying on track with all the comfort food on display. Here is good news: holiday period doesn’t mean you have to put on weight, binge eat and give up on your health goals.
