I am a women’s leadership coach specialising in helping women to embrace who they are, stop denying themselves and follow their passion. In my work I combine teachings and techniques from different coaching schools with my own experience.

I combine many of the best strategies from nutrition science and eating psychology. By eliminating all the “shoulds and shouldn’ts”, I focus on what’s right for your body and your personal style. As we work together, eating and health issues become a place of exploration. Instead of seeing these topics as the enemy, we look at them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. I help clients reach their highest goals through strategies that nourish, rather than punish.
